The Board meets four times per year in March, June, September and December. Grant applications are due by November 15th annually. Acceptance or rejection of grant proposal will be decided at the quarterly meeting which takes place the 1st week in December. Notification of the Board’s decision will be sent to grant applicants by December 15th. Funds will be distributed on or before December 31st.

Emergency Grant Application Process
On rare occasions the Board will consider emergency grant requests, although the criteria are strict. If your organization is facing an unforeseen, critical, human need that will result in a disruption of services if emergency funding is not secured, then please carefully read the emergency request instruction letter linked to immediately below and proceed as instructed.
